What do I do if the item I want is not at UAA?
Use
Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery
(ILL) to request the item from another library.
NOTE!
You can also request an ILL for articles that the Library has in print.
Create an account if you've not used ILL before by entering your Blackboard login.
Articles generally take 2 - 5 days, depending on whether the lending library can send the documents electronically.
Books will take longer, usually 7 - 10 days, since the book has to physically be sent through the mail.
For more information, read the
FAQs
below the login box on the ILL page.
