Anna is the Allied & Public Health Librarian at the Alaska Medical Library. She earned her undergraduate degree in Theater Studies and Russian from the University of Stockholm, Sweden, her Master of Arts in theater, film and creative writing from the University of British Columbia and her Master of Library and Information Science from State University of New York Albany. She has worked as an Instruction Librarian at the University of Utah, Scandinavian Studies Librarian at the University of Washington. She has been a faculty member at the University of Alaska Anchorage, Consortium Library since Fall of 2011 and joined the AML in August 2022. Jennifer is the nursing/WWAMI librarian & head of the Alaska Medical Library, She earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Central Washington University and her Masters in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. Shelby Lawson is our front desk staff ready to help with your research needs. She joined the library in 2015 working as a student worker until 2018 when she was hired on as a full time staff employee. Shelby started her current staff position in our office in 2022.
