Redesign and Improvement of Project Programming Process

To enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the project programming process within the 673rd Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska, by implementing best practices, modern tools, and optimized workflows. This project aims to overhaul the existing project programming process to address current inefficiencies, reduce redundancies, and improve overall project management practices. The goal is to ensure timely project completion, better resource allocation, and enhanced communication among stakeholders.

Too generic so need more specifics to be helpful e.g., what is/are the project(s)? Construction? Maintenance of equipment or personnel?

Also try Military & Government Collection. A search limited to "project management" turns up about 2,400 items so adding any other terms to that will reduce the results.

Business Plan to House Indigenous People

The "Business Plan to House Indigenous People" project addresses the critical housing shortage among Indigenous Alaska Native communities. Many Indigenous families face inadequate, overcrowded, and unsafe living conditions, which negatively impact their health, well-being, and economic stability. This project aims to provide affordable, culturally appropriate housing solutions that meet the specific needs of these communities, thereby improving their quality of life, fostering community cohesion, and promoting long-term sustainability and growth. By addressing these housing needs, the project also supports broader social and economic development goals in Alaska.

Solid Rock Bible Camp Infrastrcture Plan.

This project aims to identify the current infrastructure needs of Solid Rock Bible Camp (SRBC), pursue future solutions, and make recommendations on how they can most effectively move forward. SRBC’s infrastructure is essential for its mission to provide services to Kenai Peninsula youth through camp ministries. Failure of this infrastructure directly relates to their ability to serve. SRBC will have a roadmap to view the critical needs of their infrastructure, recommended changes to their resources, and future goals for new construction so that they can be more efficient with their time and money.  Expectd Deliverables: Current infrastructure inventory, Infrastructure needs matrix, Preliminary future cost/benefit analysis.

Too specific so think more broadly and don't focus on bible or religion, e.g., try "youth," etc.

Healthy Life:  Website for Healthy Life Events and Activities

The goal of this project is to create a website that can hold an event where people are encouraged to be healthy by trying a variety of activities. The project in its essence will include 3 main phases: These will be doing research to choose a website, building a website, and running a test run of the event of the website. The research phase will need to include a well-defined list of the requirements of the website. This list will be driven by what items the website needs for the successful completion of the test activity. Building the website is important as this is the majority of the final product. Building the website is expected to take the majority of the time of the entire project. This work will be almost entirely performed by the PM (Tim Sorensen). It is up to the PM to build the website. Testing of the website will be the activity. This will be where we will find out if the product is successful or not. In this phase, the project stakeholders (end users) will make a big impact and need to be watched and listened to closely.

Too generic so need to provide more info, e.g., who is the audience or intended population for this project?
