MATH 115 Art of Mathematics

This course guide was developed specifically for MATH 115 to provide information about finding liiving mathematicians for your poster project.

Some Helpful Tips!

  • Use QuickSearch to search and put the name in quotes. Example: "Albert Einstein"

  • If you find a middle name/initial, search the name again, using quotes as in the example above.

  • Limit the search to Newspaper Articles. Many of these include some interesting tidbits beyond the facts you'll find elsewhere.

  • If QuickSearch doesn't find much, try clicking the box (located just under the main search box) that says: Add results beyond your library's collection.
